All deliveries provided by Rétroelan are performed exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Any alternative terms and conditions on the part of the customer shall not apply unless we should confirm these in writing. There are no supplementary agreements.
Conclusion of Contract
In ordering the desired goods, via the internet makes a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement is entered into once this offer has been accepted by the seller.
The customer can select products from the assortment of online products and collect them via the button “add to basket” in a so-called shopping cart. Warranty
Since our product is handmade and we believe in sustainability in the fashion market, we warrant our products in any case, if it is damaged by your fault we can give you a solution to have it like before based on our agreement. We love to remain our products in your favourite box forever so we will do our best.
Cancellation
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please share with us your reasons.
