If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Since our product is handmade and we believe in sustainability in the fashion market, we warrant our products in any case. If for any reason your product is damaged, please contact our customer service team(shop@retroelan.com) with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to find the best possible solution, based on our agreement, to restore your item to its original condition.
Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
